With a keen belief in the power of community, Jaret Landon is committed to continuing the advocacy work of his mother, the late Dorothy Jean Williams. He is an NAACP Award Winning Composer and Music Director with a professional career spanning two decades. His work has been seen on Broadway, Film, and Television. Mr. Landon's philanthropic work in HIV/AIDS Awareness and Generational Homelessness reaches from Chicago, IL to Los Angeles, CA

Ramel L. Ford
Ramel Ford is an Entrepreneur and Chief Administrator at RFI Group Inc. As CEO of RFI Group, he provides resources and opportunities to underserved communities throughout Polk County, FL and abroad. The assets his company provides are building blocks for those who are often downtrodden or forgotten.
Ramel is a graduate of Florida State University and holds degrees in Political Science and Urban Regional Planning. He has worked for the Government as a Behavioral Analyst and Coordinator with the Department of Homeland Security Administration.
Ramel is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc., which is a part of the National Pan-Hellenic Council, composed of African American Fraternities and Sororities. He holds his great fraternity's motto at heart “Achievement In Every Field Of Human Endeavor.” He carries this aphorism in service at DJDI. Dorothy was also a member of The Devine 9 (Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.)
Ramel looks forward to the impact the foundation will have in underserved communities, crossing all racial and cultural divides throughout Polk County and beyond.

Keona Williams
Keona Williams is the Chief Operating Officer of Merlin Law Group, a nationwide law firm with 11 locations. As COO, she manages the overall operations of the firm, ensuring that all members of the firm have the support, information, resources, and a strong culture to succeed. Keona is responsible for bringing all departments together to provide exceptional service and a positive experience for policyholders.
As Chief Operating Officer Keona identifies, strategizes, and plans for the changing needs within the firm and the industry. Keona has worked with Merlin Law Group for 21 years and endeavors to continue to develop, design, and improve the operations of the firm so that Merlin Law Group remains the premier First Party Property Insurance law firm.
In addition to her work with Merlin Law Group and policyholders, Keona has had the opportunity to influence and contribute to the success of organizations dedicated to community improvement. The leadership, implementation of business planning, and strategy development are elements of success that Keona has been able to provide in various community initiatives. Keona was a 2019 honoree for the Tampa Bay Business Journal 40 Under 40, for her accomplishments and contribution in business and the community.
Keona has a strong desire to serve individuals and organizations, to help them work towards achieving their goals. One of the individuals in Keona’s life that pushed her and made her feel as if she could do anything was Dorothy Jean. With God’s direction, Dorothy Jean in her heart, and her husband and girls as constant motivators, Keona looks forward to serving as the Committee Chair for this epic event.
